i woke up at 7plus am on saturday to rush down to TANGS at 9:30am frm woodlands for sound check. whoo having such freaking early checks when performance starts at 6:30pm. zzz... den check check check, 12pm done. went down to MS to collect MMO for 我不是你想像那么勇敢, my semi-final song choice for youthbox competition :) den rushed down to heeren at 4pm with cordelia alton blah blah. reach liao den sang as 3rd contestant. den chop chop rushed off to TANGS straight after singing. changed, sound check again, start. some errors here n there, but nvm, finished it without major mistakes. den rushed down to heeren again for results. FINALS! yay. tats busy for saturday. today is still, okie. :)
tired
seriously joining competition is quite tiring. performing oso add on to the tired-ness. zzz... must memorise lyrics, obtain MMO, practise, travel, waiting time. woah... lucky youthbox is only 2 weeks event, if not seriously, will die. hah! den the converse performance. must drum extra loud bcoz i'm situated in an enclosed transparent display room n e drum is miked out. so must play louder for the mike to respond to it. zzz... my leg hurts after the thing... slammed the bass drum pedal like nobody's business, hope can be heard. tired...

yippie!!! youthbox ended le!! i nvr win any position la but i'm happy to even enter into the finals!!! yay!!! my 2nd competition other than singout (if dun count css). :) i'm happy with my performance i guess. n i'm happy i overcome the stage fright thingy. okie, at least i nvr show it out le. heh heh. gd gd. more exposure i would prefer :):) judges say try to use real voice to sing.. well... i'm happy with what i am, how i sing. it is me, szehou style. maybe some wun agree to how i sing, well, den sry la. i will try, but of coz, i would like to retain wad is unique to me (at least tats wad i think) hoho!! happy!! oh and oso, playing for converse event earned me one new pair of converse shoes n shirt!! yay!!! new shoe new shoe!!!!! *jumping around with joy* :):) sooooo happy! no need to fret about shoe liao, means save money!! :):) anyways, thx garvin n chua coming down to support. thx camellia for helping me with the videos. thx cordelia n leon for the encouragement. thx cord's mum!! hah!! driving us arnd n buying us food. seriously man. :) of coz others who gave me words of encouragement!! wee~!

well the following are uploaded videos of my performances in youthbox competition! :) the 1st vid is my semi-finals performance, 我不是你想像那么勇敢. yup yup!! :) 2nd n 3rd vid is the 2 songs from 2dae's competition. :) 2nd vid is 我要快乐 as they want us to choose a local song. this one is composed by a singaporean. well, ya. :) 3rd song is 可以不爱了 by 梁文音. yupp!!! oh yes. i started off audition with her 最幸福的事. den semis 我不是你想像那么勇敢. so i was thinking, i shall end it with yet another one of her song. i chose 可以不爱了. seriously, this is the hardest of all her songs tat i sang. the control, the lyrics, the feel. hah! well, i want people to hear her song, to know her. hah! tommy said i shldn't have chose this song. jia ling said its boring. judges think i sang it too, erm, monotone? i duno, juz, they dun feel any climax from this song. eh, :P aiya, sry la. yup. well, 梁文音 rocks! its okie i nvr win. i did all i can. like i said, i'm not tat scared on stage le, soo, i'm happy!! wohoho!!! well, heres the videos people!! the 3rd video i cnt upload got some problems. go facebook see okie? woohoo!!! enjoy, or, dun enjoy! hah!!
